In 2019, we became a fully owned subsidiary of Mocoh Ghana Ltd — part of the Mocoh Group headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. Under this new leadership, we expanded our footprint in both retail and commercial energy solutions.

In May 2025, we rebranded as MISA Energy Ghana Ltd to reflect our renewed strategic focus: building a distinctly African energy brand that empowers communities and fuels economic progress. The name may have changed — but our dedication to safety, sustainability, and customer satisfaction remains stronger than ever.
