Prisca Enyonam Tettey is a bilingual marketing strategist with over 20 years of experience in Ghana’s petroleum downstream sector. Her career journey reflects a steady rise built on dedication, versatility, and a passion for results.
Prisca began her professional journey at the West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP), where she served as the Personal Assistant to the Project Director. That early role introduced her to organizational coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the inner workings of development-focused initiatives setting the tone for the strong administrative and interpersonal skills she would carry into the private sector.

Growth & Impact at Engen Ghana

In 2003, she joined Engen Ghana Ltd., where her career blossomed. Over the years, she has taken on several key roles, including Retail Network Manager and Acting Retail & Property Development Manager. Her ability to adapt and lead across functions has made her a pillar within the organization.

Leading Retail Expansion & Dealer Success

Prisca played a critical role in Engen’s expansion program, leading the acquisition and development of both new and existing service stations across Ghana. Her strategic input directly contributed to the company’s growing footprint in the market.

Recognitions & Awards

In recognition of her efforts, two of her retail station dealers were awarded “Best Dealers West Africa” in 2010 and 2012 at regional awards in South Africa – a proud moment that highlighted the strength of her leadership and mentorship.

In 2016, she was honored as the Second Runner-Up under the best worker award category at Engen’s annual “Customer Awards Dinner Night,” a recognition that underscored her performance, commitment to customer experience, and ability to inspire those she leads.

Prisca currently serves as the Commercial Manager at MISA Energy formally known as Engen Ghana Ltd., where she continues to lead with foresight, empathy, and a solutions-driven mindset.

Academic Background & Professional Training

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central University and a master’s degree in marketing Strategy from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS). In addition to her academic achievements, she has completed certifications in Digital Marketing and Strategic Communications, Incoterms 2020, Practical Retail Skills, Strategic Selling in Difficult Times, and has participated in several other short courses including retail marketing conferences organized by the International Business Division (IBD) Group in South Africa.
