Michael is a highly motivated and passionate marketing professional with a focused drive for excellence and a deep knowledge of the downstream oil marketing space. He brings extensive experience in sales and marketing, finance, customer care delivery, logistics, and team management to reputable companies, including TESCO PLC (UK), Stanbic Bank, and Total Energies Ghana Limited.
Before joining Engen Ghana, Michael worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager for Compass Oleum Limited, a subsidiary of the Vihama Group where he consistently delivered excellent results in volume and revenue growth and top-notch service delivery. Under his leadership and direction, Compass grew in volumes and market share and ranked among the top 25 OMCs in Ghana within 3 years.

His passion and excellent disposition resulted in above-budget volume growth of 10 to 20% for all portfolios under his watch during his stint at Total Energies between 2013 and 2019. This culminated in him being adjudged the overall best Territory manager in 2016.

Michael holds a BSc. in finance from the University of Ghana Business School and has attended various workshops and conferences on corporate governance, team building, and best industry practices.
