Moses is a highly experienced engineer with over 17 years of professional expertise in operations management, project management, maintenance, procurement and contract management, logistics & supply chain management, bunkering, and hydrocarbon handling, transportation, supply & distribution. He also brings deep knowledge in implementing and auditing internationally recognized management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.

Academic Background & Professional Certifications

He holds a master’s degree in Peace, Security & Intelligence Management from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and an MBA in Project Management from Wisconsin International University College, Ghana. He also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Management from GIMPA and a BSc in Materials Engineering from KNUST. Professional certifications in procurement, logistics, supply chain management and ISO management systems auditing further complement his qualifications.

Industry Experience & Leadership Roles

Prior to joining MISA Energy Ghana Ltd. (formerly Engen Ghana Ltd.), Moses held senior leadership roles at Tel Energy Ltd. and Ready Oil Ltd., overseeing operational and HSEQ functions. He also gained experience in earlier roles with the Ghana Geological Survey Department, National Identification Authority, and AngloGold Ashanti (Iduapriem Mine).
